Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first child of the Oyakhilomes being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. He went to primary and secondary school, then he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned a BSc. In Architecture.

AAU also granted him an honourary Doctor of Science prize. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was before was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while he was still a student at AAU. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew, and it became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church's main office. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global organization with millions of associates worldwide.
